Diversity, equity, and inclusion are key drivers of innovation, growth and positive impact. As an industry, we pride ourselves on these outcomes and yet, as this report confirms, we continue to undercut our potential. Progress remains slow, and we simply must adopt a new mindset and attitude that prioritises DEI as a core business strategy. We must all take responsibility for this. Organisations need to demonstrate their commitment to diversity and build inclusive, equitable cultures. Individualsmust speak up and hold themselves accountable.
